The offside disc dust cover was badly corroded and needed replacing. Required removing the hub and wheel bearings which is pretty straight forward. The hub with disc was removed in one keeping all the bearings, spacers, nuts etc and placing on newspaper to keep clean and in order.
Once hub removed the dust cover is easily swopped over, hub and bearings put back (didn’t try cleaning or anything just replaced with the same grease that came with them).
Whilst at it i replaced the adjacent track rod end rubber that had been worn through from rubbing against the old dust cover.
