How to remove the MGB side moulding.

I need to remove 2 of the side moulding trims to replace them with some better ones that I have already straightened (see a previous post). I found an article in the link above how to remove the trim hopefully without bending them!
Whilst the trim is off I will have a go at tidying up the paintwork behind them (a future post).
