To add to the challenge, Trevor decided he would complete this upgrade without cutting, welding, or modifying the MGB. He would achieve this by designing new engine mountings, modifying the front crossmember, modifying the gearbox crossmember and making a one-piece machined adaptor to connect the Mazda propshaft to the MGB rear axle
