MG Rover Colour Codes & Paint Codes
My mgb is Flame Red – but i struggled to find which flame red!!
During the period 1970 to 2000 there were 3 different flame reds?
So if the original colour was flame red in 1970 and you ask a spray shop to paint it flame red in 2000 …….which colour will you get. The owner of my mgb at the time got the 2000 flame red not the original flame red.
Not a lot of difference but was difficult to track the right colour when touching up over the last year.
