Spotted this picture whilst on the MGExp.com forum showing how the car has been jacked up. I guess this arrangement is about the limit for the average diy car mechanic of getting maximum access under the car without expensive lifts etc.
First driving up on ramps. Think i would want to chock / wedge the front wheels to make sure they don’t move whilst i jack up the rear wheels to place a pair of axle stands into position.
Guess if you had a second pair of axle stands i would use them for the front if the front wheels needed removing.
